You´ll get a refreshing and delicious smoothie when you mix in a blender two tablespoons of Berry smoothie mix with half a banana and frozen blueberries. Smoothie can be made into water but it´s more delicious, for example, with coconut, rice or oat milk. If desired, a smoothie can be sweetened the way you want, for example, with spoonfuls of organic honey.
Berry smoothie recipe:
2dl coconut milk or other liquid
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
2 tbsp Berry smoothie mix
Mix the ingredients together in a blender. You can add crushed ice to the smoothie so it will be pleasantly cool.
