Rhodiola Rhodiola rosea is a Nordic plant which has seen a revival in recent years, but which has been used dating back to Viking times. It was also known in ancient Rome and Greece. Studies have shown that the plant has great value by stress induced fatigue - both physical and mental.
Maté Ilex paraguariensis originates from South America is used as the stimulant, and more specifically as stimulating agent in the physical and mental fatigue.

Green Tea Camellia sinensis used as a stimulant include because of the content of caffeine.
